Scheduled appointments
Scheduled appointments are reserved for current students or alumni working towards applying to health professional school. All students and alumni scheduling appointments will be required to submit their Pre-Health Action Plan by the start time of their appointment.

Drop-In appointments
Pre-Health Drop-Ins have ended for Spring 2025 and will resume in August 2025. Enjoy summer!
Drop-ins are brief meetings of 10 minutes or less and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis for current students only; no appointment required. For more in-depth questions or concerns, please schedule a 1:1 advising appointment.
Late appointment policy
Students who are anticipate being 15 minutes or more late for an appointment should login, cancel, and reschedule through Navigate. Failure to cancel in advance or not showing for 2 scheduled appointments within 14 days will result in you being temporarily blocked from using the student scheduling system. No same day advising appointments for cancelled appointments.

Who can sign up for an appointment?
Any current Mason student or Mason alum interested in applying to dental, medical, occupational therapy, optometry, pharmacy, physical therapy, physician assistant, podiatry, speech-language pathology, and veterinary schools.

Please note that alums are unable to login to Navigate and should contact [email protected] to set up an appointment. In your email, please include your name, G#, availability for an appointment (multiple days/times when you’re free), and a note that you’re an alum seeking an advising appointment.

Can I set up a virtual or phone appointment?
Appointments are available virtually via Zoom or in-person in the Johnson Center, 2nd floor, room 228 (Undergraduate Education suite). If you would prefer a phone appointment, please note that in the comment box. You’ll receive a Zoom link that will include a phone number that you can call into with your phone to join the Zoom session.
Where are appointments located?
Appointments are available virtually via Zoom or in-person in the Johnson Center, 2nd floor, room 228 (Undergraduate Education suite). When you sign up for an appointment in Navigate, you’ll be able to indicate whether you prefer a virtual or in-person appointment.
If you choose to sign up for a virtual appointment, you’ll be emailed shortly with the Zoom link. Emails are sent to Mason email addresses. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders. If you don’t receive a Zoom link by the day of your appointment, please email [email protected]. Zoom allows you to connect via video or audio chat using a phone, computer, or tablet.
