Make sure to register for the events you plan to attend. When you register and attend an event, you will be entered into a raffle for prizes! The drawing will be at the end of the week and you will be notified via email by October 6th.

Opioid Overdose Response and Naloxone Training (Presented by SEERM)
Regardless of whether you want to pursue a career in healthcare or not, it is important to know about naloxone, a life-saving medication that reverses the effects of opioids. Learn how to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose emergency using naloxone at this training event provided by GMU’s Safety, Emergency, and Enterprise Risk Management (SEERM) department. Naloxone will be distributed to registered attendees.

Create & Connect Workshop
Join us for a creative service project while connecting with the student organizations with a Pre-Health focus! Registered attendees will have an opportunity to network with group members while creating a handmade blanket for Project Linus, a group that delivers blankets to children in need. The technique is simple and no prior experience is required. A tutorial will be provided during this event.

Health Professions Program Fair
Join us for Mason’s first annual Health Professions Program Fair! Connect with admissions representatives from over 30 health professional programs, including medicine, dentistry, physician assistant, physical therapy, pharmacy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and more. This is a great way to learn about different healthcare career paths, academic requirements, and application processes. There will also be free giveaways!
