I’m reaching out regarding recruiting participants for our “Digital Health Communications in Cancer Prevention Among Minority Young Adults” study, under the direction of Dr. Daisy Le at the George Washington University (GWU) School of Nursing.

We are interested in learning about cancer prevention knowledge and behavior, as well as the usage of online platforms, social media, and mHealth for obtaining health and/or cancer-related information. We are looking for participants who:

Participants will complete an eligibility screening by visiting the link https://is.gd/digicomm. Once completed, a research team member will follow up via email and invite the participant to complete: a 15-minute online survey, for which they will receive a $5 Amazon e-gift card.

Please do share the below flier with your organization’s members – all information you share through the study will remain confidential, and the information you share will contribute to current public health knowledge about digital communication and health information, which may in turn inform future intervention programs using digital communication and social media aimed to improve health among minority young adults.
